Michael Philpott is an experienced finance professional currently serving as FP&A Manager at Rebellion since August 2022, where strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the organization are led. Previously, Michael held the role of Finance Business Partner at the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries from April 2018 to August 2022, providing key insights to executive leadership and managing comprehensive financial processes. Prior to that, Michael was Associate Finance Business Partner at Oxford University Press, contributing to financial performance improvement and process management. Michael also held various roles at Oxford University Press and Oxfordshire County Council, beginning with a Sales Associate position at Ralph Lauren. Michael holds a BSc (Hons) in Financial Mathematics from Loughborough University and is an ACCA-qualified accountant.
