Rachel Bassini is the Founder and CEO of Grow Sharp Consulting, established in November 2016, providing data-driven strategies and operational support to growing businesses across various sectors. Since December 2023, Rachel has also held a role in Operations, Strategy, and Growth at Greet Solutions, enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiencies for companies with physical locations. An active investor and member of Wharton Alumni Angels and a scout with Rebel One, Rachel contributes to early-stage startups globally. Previously, Rachel served as Director of Strategy and Operations at NewsCred, managing strategic initiatives and operational excellence from June 2011 to May 2016, and has held various analytical roles in real estate and consulting prior to that. Rachel holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management and a BSE in Real Estate, Finance, and Spanish from The Wharton School, along with additional educational experiences in Spain.
