Natasha Tolley has an extensive work experience. Natasha began their career in 2009 as a Nanny for Mrs. Pam McMillan. In the same year, they also volunteered as an Employee and Patient Assistant at Don & Sybill Harrington Cancer Center - Baptist St. Anthony's Hospital, where they greeted and assisted customers, answered phones, and prepared charts for nurses and physicians. In 2012, they became a Fashion Show Production Volunteer and Student Ambassador at The Art Institute of Dallas. In 2013, they were a Resident Assistant and Student Advisor at the same institution, as well as a Freelance Designer at Mesquite First Assembly Church. In 2014, they volunteered as a Seamstress for Annie Barriento's Pin Show Collection. Natasha also worked as a Lead Sales Associate at Lane Bryant in 2015. That same year, they were an Intern at Nha Khahn Design Studio, where they learned hand sewing, cutting, and patternmaking techniques, and assisted with retail merchandising, sample merchandising, inventory, packaging, and shipment. Finally, in 2016, they were a Creative Design Director- Wholesale at Rebel Athletic.

Natasha Tolley completed their high school education at Sanford-Fritch High School, graduating with a High School Diploma in 2012. Natasha then attended The Art Institute of Dallas, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design in 2015.
