Kayla Simon has a wealth of experience in various roles in the past decade. In 2013, they began their career as Event Staff at The Dunes Golf and Beach Club. In 2014, they were an Event Planning Intern at GiGi Noelle Events. In 2015, they became a Business Support Specialist- Document Management and Business Support Specialist at Masonicare. In 2016, they worked as a Business Development Coordinator at Emerest Health of Connecticut. In 2017, they were an Operations Associate at AdviceOne LLC Careers. In 2019, they held the roles of Client Relations Specialist at Sullivan Financial Advisors and Virtual Assistant at Simply Social by KS. From 2020 to present, they are an Accounts Payable Specialist and Marketing Specialist at Central Auto Group, and Account Manager - School Division at Rebel Athletic.

Kayla Simon attended Coastal Carolina University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a degree in Communication with a field of study in Health Communication. In 2013, they obtained an Advanced CPR and Emergency Training certification from Coastal Carolina University. In 2018, they obtained an AACA certification from the American Association of Cheerleading Coaches and Administrators, and in 2019 they obtained a Connecticut Coaching Certificate from the Connecticut Coaches Association.
