Lucas Leiva is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in engineering and data management. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering and Data at Reba since December 2021, Lucas previously held significant roles such as Head of Systems and Technology at Foreign Trade and Investment Bank S.A. and Head of Development and Applications at Comafi Bank S.A. With a career spanning over two decades, Lucas began as a Programmer at Softlab S.A. and progressed through various roles, including Senior Analyst Programmer and Project Manager, at multiple financial institutions. Lucas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology Systems from Universidad Centro de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Exactas (Universidad CAECE).
