Andrea Thomas, Ph.D, is an experienced Human Resource Manager at Reaves Law Firm since July 2020, responsible for analyzing and administering programs to ensure effective policy implementation and improve talent retention. Prior to this role, Andrea served as the Director of the Bachelor of Applied Science Program at the University of Arkansas Fort Smith from November 2011 to June 2018, focusing on outreach to the Greek community and underrepresented student populations while assisting in marketing efforts. Andrea holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Urban Higher Education from Jackson State University, an MBA from Strayer University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from LeMoyne-Owen College.
