Andrew Lennon began their work experience as a Service Desk Analyst at Atos in April 2008. From April 2013 to August 2013, they worked as a Project Coordinator at Penso. In September 2013, they joined Brightstar Corp. as a Business Analyst and held this role until July 2019. From July 2019 to August 2020, Andrew worked as a Project Coordinator at Synectics Solutions. In October 2020, they joined Avara Foods as a Program Management Office Coordinator and remained in this role until January 2022. Currently, Andrew serves as a Project Lead at ReAssure, starting in January 2022.

From 2005 to 2007, Andrew Lennon attended The University of Salford, where they studied Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology/Technician.
