Alexander Baxevanis is an experienced design leader currently serving as the Director of Experience Design at Paragon DCX, where responsibilities include integrating design into cross-disciplinary projects and facilitating client conversations. Previously, Alexander held the position of Head of Experience Design at Reason, and User Experience Director at Inviqa following its acquisition of Webcredible. With a strong background in user-centered design, Alexander has led various significant projects, such as app development for Dulux and digital strategies for Piraeus Bank. Alexander's career began with roles in user experience and software engineering, including notable contributions at Motorola Labs and in academic settings. Alexander holds an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction from UCL and an MEng in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
