Ian Bolliger is a Principal Quantitative Engineer at Reask, focusing on developing tools and data layers to understand the societal and economic impacts of extreme weather events. Previously, as Vice President at BlackRock's Aladdin Sustainability Lab, Ian built and deployed climate risk models, contributing to the management of over $20 trillion in assets. Ian's expertise includes physical climate risk modeling as a Climate Data Scientist at Rhodium Group and a strong research background, including a National Defense Science and Engineering Graduate Fellowship at the University of California, Berkeley. Ian holds a Ph.D. in Energy and Resources, a Master’s in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University.
