YoungJun Yoon started their work experience in 2005 as an Intern at Works Applications Co., Ltd. YoungJun then had an internship at Mitsukoshi U.S.A Inc. in 2006. After that, they worked as a Sales Trader, Analyst of Project Development, and Market Analyst at Yatsumoto Commercial Affairs Corporation from 2008 to 2015. In 2010, they became the Marketing Director at ThinkAct Foundation. YoungJun held various positions at CampMobile, Inc. and Blind as a representative for Japan from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, YoungJun Yoon worked in the Business Strategic Planning Department at GA technologies GROUP. Currently, they are the COO of REASE Inc. since 2019.

From 2004 to 2008, YoungJun Yoon attended Waseda University and obtained a Bachelor of International Liberal Studies degree. During this time, they focused on studying Japanese and Asian Economics. Additionally, in 2005 and 2006, they attended the University of Sydney as part of their education, where they specialized in Asian Studies within the Faculty of Liberal Arts.
