Corey Woloschin is an experienced estimator in the construction industry, currently working at Neagley & Chase Construction Company since July 2024. Previously, Corey held estimator positions at ReArch Company from May 2022 to June 2024 and Structure Tone from August 2014 to March 2022, where responsibilities included collaborating with clients and vendors, reviewing project drawings and specifications, and managing budgets for high-end commercial office fit-outs. Corey also has experience as a superintendent, coordinating on-site trades and acting as a liaison among clients, design teams, and subcontractors. Early in the career, Corey worked as an assistant project manager at M. Betters Construction, overseeing the construction of a 2.9-mile section of a high-voltage transmission line. Corey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, earned between 2009 and 2013.
