Courtney Scales has a range of work experience, starting in 2008 as a Manager at Miccolinis, where they handled operations, marketing, business strategy, and financial management. Courtney then worked as a Sales Assistant at AWPL from 2015 to 2016. In 2015, they also started working at Protein Supplies Australia, initially as a Marketing Intern, before becoming the Marketing Strategy Manager from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, they joined the Australia-China Youth Dialogue as a Communications Associate, and then moved on to CCIQ, where they held the roles of Marketing Specialist and Customer Experience Marketing Manager from 2017 to 2020. Courtney later worked at Console Group as a Full Stack Marketer from 2020 to 2021, and then as the Head of Growth until 2022. Currently, Courtney is the Head of Marketing at Reapit, a position they have held since 2022.
Courtney Scales has a diverse educational background. Courtney started their education at Southern Cross Catholic College, where they received their Queensland Certificate of Education in 2011. During their time at the college, Courtney studied various subjects, including Legal Studies.
In 2012, Courtney enrolled at The University of Queensland and pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Ancient History and Political Science. Courtney completed this one-year program in the same year.
Following their bachelor's degree, Courtney returned to The University of Queensland in 2013 for their Bachelor of Business Management. Courtney studied Marketing as their field of focus and completed the program in 2016.
Moving forward, Courtney continued their education at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2017 to 2019. During this period, they earned their Master of Business degree, concentrating in Marketing.
Most recently, in 2022, Courtney began studying at The University of Queensland once again. Courtney is pursuing a Master of Commerce - MB degree in Finance, which is expected to be completed in 2025.
