Pooja Pawar currently serves as Senior Director at Reap Benefit, focusing on mission and organizational development by fostering collaboration with youth, teams, partners, and sector collaborators. Previously, Pooja was Head of People & Learning at Teach For India, where responsibilities included conceptualizing a five-year strategic plan for improving educational outcomes in Mumbai and designing support ecosystems for program Fellows and Alumni. Pooja also held positions such as Manager of Alumni Impact & Advocacy and City Alumni Impact Associate at Sole Proprietor. Pooja's earlier experience includes project management at UV-Rich Corporation, covering project design and marketing. Pooja holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
