Matt Costa is an experienced product designer and co-founder with a strong background in creating innovative digital solutions across various industries. Currently, Matt co-founded Reap, a mobile IR platform that simplifies access to information for over 8000 investors in NZX listed companies. Previously, Matt served as Head of Product at Datch, focusing on intelligent voice-visual AI for industries such as manufacturing and transportation. Demonstrating significant expertise in user experience and design, Matt held positions as Head of UX & Design at Conqa Construction Software and Principal Product Designer at Auror, where notable achievements included reducing losses for clients through award-winning product designs. Throughout a career spanning over a decade, Matt co-founded Kender Studio and Kingdoms Brasil, managed projects, developed user-centered solutions, and collaborated with diverse teams to deliver impactful products.
