Greg McClure is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as President, Broker, and REALTOR® at Realty ONE Group Complete since January 2014, Greg promotes a collaborative and empowering environment for real estate professionals. As the Regional Franchise Director for Realty ONE Group Equity Partners, Greg focuses on innovative practices to enhance the buying and selling experience. Previously, as co-owner and broker at Realty ONE Group Pacific from May 2019 to July 2023, Greg contributed to redefining real estate franchising with a strong emphasis on technology and support. Before this, Greg founded Smart Click Realty in 2006, building it into a successful boutique brokerage. Additionally, Greg has a background in emergency services, having worked as a firefighter and EMT prior to entering the real estate industry.
