Nancy Vargas-Johnson is a licensed real estate associate broker and salesperson with extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving at Realty Connect USA since October 2013. As a relocation specialist, Nancy provides home-buyer education throughout Long Island. In addition to real estate, Nancy has held leadership roles at the Central Islip Civic Council as Board President and Vice President, and has made significant contributions to the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals®, including serving as National Coach, President of the New York Chapter, and Past President of the Queens Chapter. Previous roles include being a Peak Producer with Buffini & Company and a licensed salesperson at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where Nancy ranked in the top 8% in the NY Metro Area. Nancy's earlier career included project management at Siemens Healthcare and regional management at Shared Medical Solutions. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Information Science from Long Island University and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Pace University.
