John Graham is an experienced home inspector and entrepreneur, holding the title of President and Home Inspector at Lic Home Inspector HOMESPEC since 2003. With over 15 years as a licensed home inspector in New York State, John is certified by ASHI, NAHI, and NACHI, and specializes in termite and mold inspections. Additionally, John has owned and operated Homespec Termite Inspections and Homespec Home Inspections since 1999, providing clients with comprehensive inspection services and detailed photographic reports. John holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Farmingdale State College, along with certifications as a Home Inspector and Certified Master Inspector from ASHI and Internachi.
