JenJoy Allen possesses a diverse background in business operations, coaching, and sales, with a strong emphasis on leadership development. Currently serving as the Business Operations lead for the Casamica Team at Realty Austin since January 2023, JenJoy previously contributed to Hindsite 20/20 as an Agent Career Launch Coach, fostering relationships and guiding new agents. With experience as a Counselor at Emergent Execs where executive leadership development was a focus, JenJoy also held the position of Director of Catering Sales and Community Outreach at Pluckers Wing Bar, enhancing marketing and outreach efforts. Early career roles included sales at The Container Store and supporting legislative processes as a Bill Clerk in the Texas House of Representatives, complemented by experience as a camp counselor and Fine Arts Department Head. JenJoy holds two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Marketing from Texas A&M University.
