Diane Manke has extensive experience in customer service and account coordination, currently serving as a Customer Service/Account Coordinator at RealTime Solutions since June 2009. In this role, Diane provides live support for multiple manufacturers, managing website and phone inquiries, and assists in database maintenance. Prior to this position, Diane was the Owner/Operator of Wings on Main from January 1994 to December 2011, specializing in breeding exotic birds for pets. Additionally, Diane worked as an Electronic Pre-press Operator at Quebecor Printing from December 1987 to June 2009, where tasks included file creation and editing using various software. Diane holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Rasmussen University and has completed coursework at St Cloud Technical and Community College, along with a diploma from Annandale High School.
