Simon Wardropper

Simon Wardropper is the CEO of Realtime Media. Simon was previously the SVP Advertising at Sprinklr from January 2014 to May 2018. Prior to that, they were at TBG Digital from March 2007 to August 2014, where they were the SVP Digital Operations / Partner.

At Sprinklr, Simon helped the world’s largest brands do marketing, advertising, care, sales, research, and commerce on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and 21 other social channels globally - all on one integrated platform. Simon was instrumental in deploying this platform across the enterprise and plugging it into legacy customer-facing systems like email, CRM, and the website. This enabled employees to collaborate in real time across business units, markets, and departmental silos to manage customer experience - at scale.

At TBG Digital, Simon was responsible for digital operations and was a partner at the company. Simon helped grow the company from a start-up to one of the world’s leading independent digital agencies before it was acquired by Sprinklr.

Simon has a long history of helping businesses navigate the ever-changing landscape of digital media and technology. Simon is a visionary leader with a proven track record of success.

Simon Wardropper studied at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School and Hinchingbrooke.
