Rahul Gupta is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of HR at Realply Industries (P) Ltd. since February 2022, Rahul oversees HR functions for a prominent company in the wood and plywood industry. Prior to this, a tenure as Head of HR at Vaalve India showcased capabilities in recruitment and training programs tailored for sales teams. Experience as Principal Consultant at Iris Human Capital involved leading client engagements and candidate assessments. Previously, Rahul held senior HR positions at Brilloca Limited, HSIL Ltd., and HP, where responsibilities included capability building, training, and overall HR management. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in HR and Marketing from Maharaja Agrasen Himalayan Garhwal University and an executive program in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
