Gina Tito is a seasoned professional in utilities management, having held various leadership roles at American Utility Management since October 2006, ultimately advancing to Vice President of Corporate Operations and Client Technical Services from May 2010 to present. In this capacity, Gina serves as a subject matter expert in the multi-family industry, managing strategic client relationships and leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Gina held positions including Vice President of Operations and Assistant Vice President of Client Services, where significant contributions were made in establishing billing processes and an Account Management Team. Since June 2017, Gina has also been the Sr Director of Billing Operations at RealPage, Inc. Education was attained at Northeastern Illinois University.
