Sarah Bitter, PMP, has extensive experience in project management, technical writing, and facilities management. Currently, Sarah works as a Writer and Graduate Student in Poetry at the University of Washington since April 2018. Concurrently, Sarah has been with RealNetworks since February 2011, where responsibilities as Facilities Manager include coordinating departmental activities, managing projects across US and Canadian facilities, and overseeing office relocations. Prior roles at RealNetworks involved project management for headquarters relocation and technical writing, where documentation development was central. Previous experience includes managing English programs and instruction from 2002 to 2011, and a decade in marketing and technical writing. Sarah's educational background includes a BA in Dance from Connecticut College and a Certificate in Technical Writing and Editing from the University of Washington, with ongoing education at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and Zhejiang University of Technology.
