Michael Parham is the SVP, General Counsel and Secretary at RealNetworks. Michael has over 40 years of experience as an attorney, including 15 years as a partner at Parham & Cox, PLC. Michael was also one of the architects of the Postal Reorganization Act of 1970 that abolished the Post Office Department as a cabinet level department and created the U.S. Postal Service in its stead.

Michael Parham reports to Rob Glaser, Founder, Chairman & CEO. They work with and Mike Ensing - President & Chief Operating Officer.
