Gerhard Kotze is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of RealNet Properties since September 2016, where the company has established a significant national presence with over 60 franchise territories. Prior to this role, Kotze held the position of National Business Development Manager at Chas Everitt International Property Group from July 2012 to August 2016, focusing on franchise and license sales in South Africa. Kotze also served as Chief Executive Officer of ERA Real Estate South Africa from June 2002 to July 2012 and as National Franchise Manager at Aida South Africa from January 2001 to May 2002. Additionally, Kotze was a co-owner of Pieter Kotze Properties from January 1997 to January 2001. Kotze earned a National Diploma in Real Estate, specializing in Property Valuation, Property Marketing, and Property Practice, from the University of South Africa between 2008 and 2011.
