Steve Tippery has over 20 years of work experience in the agricultural engineering industry. Steve began their career in 1995 as a Student Worker at the Nebraska Tractor Test Laboratory. In 1997, they took on an Intern role at New Holland North America Inc. Steve then moved to CLAAS CSE, Germany in 1998, where they held the role of Design Engineer and Lead Design Engineer. In 2002, Steve joined CLAAS Omaha, Inc. as Program Manager, and they were later promoted to Manager, Product Engineering - Combines / Platform Manager. In 2011, they took on the role of Site Manager, Product Engineering - Combines / Product Line Manager at AGCO Corporation, where they were responsible for managing the global development of combine platform modules and delivering modules to established timelines, cost, and weight targets. In 2014, Steve became Co-Founder & CEO of RealmFive Agriculture.
Steve Tippery received a BS in Agricultural Engineering with an emphasis in Power Machine Design from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1998. In 2005, they earned an MBA in Masters of Business with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In 2008, they were a Fellow in the Nebraska LEAD Program, which focused on various topics such as agriculture, politics, energy, health care, and government. In 2011, they obtained a Certificate in Project Management from the Nebraska Business Development Center. Additionally, they hold a Project Management certification.
