Antti Paavilainen currently serves as Business Director at RealMachinery Oy, overseeing various business operations in Finland since September 2022. Prior to this role, Antti held the position of Vice President for McCloskey Aftermarket at Metso Outotec, where responsibilities included global P&L management, spare parts sales, and customer support for an organization of approximately 50 employees. Antti's career at Metso spanned from 2011 to 2019, during which several leadership roles were undertaken, such as Head of Operative Integration, Head of Aggregates Business in the Nordic region, and Head of Sales and Channel Support. Antti's academic background includes a BSc and ongoing MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Tampere University of Technology, along with additional management training from Aalto University and TalentMiles.
