Joshua Pennant has a diverse work experience. Joshua began their career as a Teller at TD in 2011. In 2013, they worked as an Information Technology professional at Optical Software, where they were responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues over the phone, expanding and troubleshooting networks, and setting up new computer installations. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Reality Interactive, where they held various roles, including Operations Support, Tier II Operations Support, and Team Lead, Operations Senior Support Rep & Internal Support. Most recently, they have been working as a Geographical Information Systems (GIS) Specialist at PenangBenny Consulting LLC.

Joshua Pennant began their educational career in 2004 when they attended Hampton University to study Computer Science. In 2014, they graduated with an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Porter and Chester Institute. In 2016, they began taking courses through freeCodeCamp.
