Thomas Musgrave has a significant amount of experience in various leadership roles within the logistics and information technology sectors. Thomas most recently served as the Chief Operations Officer at RealCold since 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of EVP, Chief Operations, Sales, Solutions and Technology Officer at Neovia Logistics from 2019 to 2023. Thomas also served as the Executive Vice President & CIO at Neovia Logistics during the same time period. Before joining Neovia Logistics, Thomas worked as the EVP & Chief Information Officer at AmeriCold Logistics from 2012 to 2019 and as the Vice President of Information Technology at Americold Logistics in 2011 to 2012. Thomas also held leadership positions at syncreon as Vice President Information Technology from 2006 to 2011 and at MEEMIC Insurance Company as Director, IT from 2003 to 2006. Thomas started their career at CNA Insurance as AVP IT from 1993 to 2004. Overall, they have extensive experience in managing IT functions, driving operational excellence, sales, and business solutions in global organizations.

Thomas Musgrave attended North Central College from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a BA degree in Management.
