Lian Wong has a varied work experience, beginning in 2016 as an Employee at The Bent Spoon. In 2018, they were a Teacher's Assistant at Rainbows End Child Care/Child Care Careers and a Junior Counselor at Township of Plainsboro. In 2019, they were a Personal Care Assistant at Pathways and a Rehabilitation Aide at The Elms of Cranbury. In 2021, they were a Rehabilitation Technician at UPMC. Currently, they are a Graduate Assistant at Boston University, a Level 1 Fieldwork Student at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, and an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at RealBotics, Inc.

Lian Wong is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy/Therapist at Boston University, expected to be completed in 2025. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 2021. Lian also holds a High School Diploma from West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South, which they obtained in 2018. In addition, Lian has obtained certifications in Basic Life Support (CPR and AED) from the American Heart Association in 2021 and Emergency Medical Technician, Basic from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians in 2019.
