Valerie Haug is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at RTI (Real-Time Innovations) since December 2004, Valerie directs the HR department and oversees all related projects. Prior to this, Valerie held multiple HR positions at Burke Industries from April 2000 to November 2004, including Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included administering company benefits and managing HRIS through a transition from Ceridian to ADP. Previous experience includes serving as an Account Assistant at Infortal Worldwide, conducting pre-employment background investigations, and working as a Reception Supervisor/HR Clerk at Charter Behavioral Health System. Valerie Haug holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from San Jose State University, attained in 2000.
