Sahil Rashid is a dedicated Software Programming Instructor at Real Programming 4 Kids, where curriculum development and hands-on programming exercises have led to a 60% increase in course sign-ups. As the Founder of SR VYBZ since July 2020, Sahil navigated the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Experience also includes a role as a Software Engineer at Motivators.io, where leadership in redesigning the user dashboard improved user engagement, and as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Chens Group Immigration Consultancy. Additional roles include contributing to web development initiatives at Saand Inc. and enhancing systems administration for Civiconnect. Sahil is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Honours Computing and Business Co-op from Brock University.
