Tom Hayman created RENI so people can better represent their clients and themselves through greater confidence and capability in negotiating. āMaking YOU the Expert!ā Teaching others about negotiation and persuasion is his passion. Tom has many years of professional negotiation experience as both a practitioner and an instructor. After spending 5 years in the Marine Corps (negotiating the sunny skies in Hawaii in jet fighters!), he spent 25 years negotiating with hundreds of companies for a top Fortune 50 company (including 4 years in Japan and the Far East).
Tom entered real estate in 2003 and have over 15 years as an active agent and a negotiation trainer. he loves to study the latest research on persuasion, figure out how it applies to real estate (and life!), and pass them on to their students.
