Shane Wright is the Principal and Owner of Real Estate Equities Development, LLC, a leading firm in developing for sale senior housing cooperative communities since February 2004. Prior to this role, Shane served as a Project Manager at Jeffrey E. Smith Development, LLC, where involvement included the development and management of LIHTC multifamily projects in Missouri from August 2002 to January 2004. Shane also has a background in professional baseball, playing as a right-handed pitcher from June 1999 to April 2002 after being drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates and the Montreal Expos. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Finance from Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business, completed in 1999.
