Jarod Pate is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in investment sales and capital sourcing for commercial real estate assets at DePaul Real Estate Investment Group, Inc., since January 2006. Additionally, Jarod is a member of the Real Estate Capital Alliance (RECA) since July 2021, collaborating with boutique real estate capital advisory firms across the U.S. From 2004 to December 2005, Jarod held a position at Johnson Capital, where responsibilities included conducting property inspections and financial analysis within the loan servicing group, overseeing more than $300 million in collateralized assets. Jarod earned a Bachelor's degree in Operational Management and Commercial Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business between 2001 and 2005.
