Kathleen Hartshorn is an experienced video producer currently working at Real Art since September 2021. With a diverse background in production and project management, Kathleen has been a freelance production manager at Physis Films since May 2012 and previously held the title of project manager/producer at Christopher & Mae Design Company from September 2020 to September 2021. Kathleen's extensive career includes roles as a site administrator and camp coordinator at the YMCA of Greater Dayton from August 2013 to September 2020, and as a Bearcat Band feature twirler instructor at the University of Cincinnati from June 2013 to September 2020. Additionally, Kathleen owned and coached at Generation Katalyst, a baton twirling company from July 2011 to September 2020. Other noteworthy positions include a post-production coordinator at Studio City, a logger at 51 Minds Entertainment, and a PA/coordinator at PIC Agency. Kathleen earned a BFA in Electronic Media from the University of Cincinnati between 2001 and 2007.
