Carolina Reese, M.A.

Carolina Reese, M.A. has over 20 years of diverse work experience in various industries including consulting, healthcare, nonprofit, and retail. Carolina is currently the Head of Learning & Development Services at ReadySet, a boutique consulting firm specializing in building inclusive cultures. Prior to this, they worked at Eagle Hill Consulting as a Management Consultant, where they led onboarding processes for consultants and utilized their skills in communications and design for marketing purposes. Carolina also worked at Virginia Hospital Center as a Business & Operations Coordinator, where they managed a team and standardized reporting processes. Additionally, Carolina has experience as the Founder of The Refugee Family Memories Project, where they provided family portraits to newly resettled refugee families and aimed to change anti-refugee rhetoric. Earlier in their career, they owned a photography and videography business, managed multiple birth documentary clients, and utilized social media for marketing purposes. Carolina also worked as a Visiting Instructor and Exhibition Interpreter at the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art, where they designed and taught workshops, and as an Art Teacher at Archimedean Academy, where they launched an art program and focused on project-based teaching. Carolina started their career as an Assistant Buyer at Macy's and worked as a Private Banker at SunTrust. Carolina holds a Master's degree.

Carolina Reese, M.A. holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Art Education from the University of Florida. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Finance and Marketing at the University of Miami. Carolina also obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the Parsons School of Design - The New School. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including the "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate" from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, the "Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace" certificate from ESSEC Business School, the "Certified Trainer - Until Help Arrives" certification from Arlington County Fire Department, and the "Fundamentals of Visualization with Tableau" certificate from Coursera. Carolina also holds the "Certified Medical Interpreter - Spanish (CMI)" certification from Virginia Hospital Center.
