Brandon Bell, M. Ed, SPHR, TMP has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, they serve as the Lead, Diversity & Inclusion for the North America division of Syngenta, a multinational agribusiness company. Brandon previously worked as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist at Syngenta.
In 2020, Brandon joined ReadySet as a Senior Consultant and Facilitator. Brandon later transitioned to the role of Consultant and Facilitator before leaving the company.
Prior to their roles at Syngenta and ReadySet, Brandon worked as the Executive in Residence for Organizational Development and Culture at the National FFA Organization from January 2022 to May 2023.
From 2017 to 2020, Brandon Bell was the Assistant Director of the Center for Race, Ethnicity, and Diversity Education at Elon University. Before that, they held the position of Program Advisor at UNC Wilmington from January 2016 to June 2017. Brandon has also completed Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training through the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.
