Phil Hicks is an experienced trainer and instructor currently working at readysc within the South Carolina Technical College System since February 2018. Prior to this role, Phil served as an Environmental Protection Specialist for the United States Department of Defense from September 2008 to January 2014, and spent two decades in the United States Marine Corps, concluding a tenure as Supervisor of Marines in September 2008. Educational achievements include a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies with a minor in Business from Charleston Southern University, along with studies at Craven Community College from 2010 to 2012.
