Seema R. has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2009 with a role as an Inside Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Metalogix Software. Seema then worked as a Sales Associate at Holt Renfrew and later as a Sales Associate at Jonas Construction Software. In 2015, Seema worked at Salesforce as a Sales Development Representative. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at L'Oréal as a Makeup Artist and Sales representative for Lancôme and IT Cosmetics. Seema then joined FOREO in 2018 as a Market Specialist until March 2020. In 2012, they became a Freelance Professional Makeup Artist and started their own business called Makeup By Seema. Their most recent work experience is as a Sales Development Representative at ReadyMode, starting in November 2020.

Seema R. began their education at York University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology. Seema completed their education at York University in 2008. In addition to their formal education, Seema R. obtained certifications in various fields. In 2012, they became a Certified Makeup Artist after completing a program at the Canadian Beauty College. More recently, in August 2021, Seema R. obtained a ZoomInfo Certification for Sales from ZoomInfo.
