Philipp Meise is an experienced professional in customer support and sales within the fintech industry. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Support at ready2order since July 2019, Philipp oversees a team that supports a cloud-based cash register system, which has garnered over 14,000 customers across Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. Prior to this role, Philipp was the Manager of Customer Support and Sales Representative at ready2order from May 2017 to October 2018. Additionally, Philipp gained foundational experience as a Hotelfachmann at Best Western Hotels Central Europe GmbH from January 2011 to August 2014, contributing to one of the largest hotel chains globally.
