Baylen Springer currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Ready Signal, a role held since July 2021, where the focus is on empowering businesses with market intelligence derived from third-party and alternative data. Prior to this, Baylen was the Chief Product Officer at Leavened from March 2016 to August 2021, leading media optimization based on consumer behavior. Baylen also held the position of VP, Director of Marketing Analytics at Rain the Growth Agency from August 2013 to March 2016, and previously served as SVP, Director of Digital Media Analytics at Wunderman - Team Detroit from December 2004 to June 2013, managing digital media analytics. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Analyst in digital media analytics at Wunderman and as a Senior Software Engineer at Beyond Interactive. Baylen holds an MBA in Executive Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
