Lionel Kwesi Acquaah is an experienced Mobile Plant Maintainer currently working at Ready Resources since August 2023, specializing in the maintenance and repair of heavy mining equipment, including various models of Komatsu and CAT trucks. Prior to this role, Lionel served as a Senior Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Supervisor at BCM Group from March 2018 to July 2023, overseeing the maintenance of numerous CAT trucks with a focus on troubleshooting, major repairs, and preventive maintenance. Lionel's career also includes significant positions at GOLD FIELDS, Pierro Engineering and Mining Services, and various roles as a trainee mechanical engineer. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Engineering and Management from Coventry University, a Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology from Intech Institute of Technology, Australia, and an HND in Mechanical Engineering from Takoradi Polytechnic in Ghana.
