Justine Mwaba is an experienced heavy equipment fitter currently employed at Ready Resources since November 2022. Prior to this role, Justine worked at First Quantum Minerals LTD from January 2017 to November 2022, serving as a heavy equipment repair technician and diesel mechanic. Justine earned an advanced certificate in heavy equipment repair from Mufulira Technical Training Institute, completing the program between 2010 and 2013.
