Bahja Alim has extensive experience in customer service and crane rigging, currently serving as a Crane Rigger at Ready Resources since September 2021. Previously, Bahja worked as a Crane Rigger at Sure People Solutions Pty Ltd for a short period before transitioning from retail, where roles included Sales Assistant at Inditex's Zara from November 2016 to September 2021 and Customer Service Representative at MYER from September 2014 to November 2016. Bahja began in retail at Coles as a Supervisor from August 2012 to October 2015, managing customer complaints and liaising with sales representatives. Currently pursuing education at Edith Cowan University, with additional studies at North Metropolitan TAFE since 2017, Bahja possesses a diverse skill set in sales, customer service, and operational coordination.
