Tom Gilchrist has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Tom is currently employed at Ready Player Me as the Head of Partner Success, where they oversee the success of business partnerships. Prior to this role, they served as the Partner Success Lead and Technical Account Manager at the same company. Tom also worked at 4MB Interactive Ltd, a one-person indie games studio that they founded in 2015. Tom has experience in customer account management from their time at Improbable, where they served as a Customer Account Manager. Tom also held the position of Technical Project Manager at Spring, where they focused on empowering creators. Tom has experience in partner success consulting from Receipt Bank, where they served as a Partner Success Consultant. Tom worked as a Technical Account Manager at Lotame and an Account Strategist at Outbrain, where they focused on maximizing client campaign performance and acting as a strategic consultant. Tom also worked as an Account Manager at Flashtalking, Inc., and as the Head of Ad Operations at Selective Media Ltd. Tom began their career as an Online Campaign Assistant at Centaur Communications.

Tom Gilchrist attended London Metropolitan University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. In April 2023, they also completed the Emerging Leaders Fellowship program offered by Junto.
