Rachael Shaya is currently the Director of Sales & Customer Relations at Ready Group. In her previous roles, she was an Engagement Manager at an ed-tech startup and the Director of an international development center in Ghana, Africa. Prior to that, she worked as a Teacher at The Israeli Ministry of Education. She holds a Master's degree in Organizational Consulting and Development and a Bachelor's degree in Education. Throughout her career, Rachael has demonstrated strong leadership, relationship management, project management, and strategic partnership building skills.
