Leiloa Lum is a Project Manager at Ready Capital, focusing on data warehouse migration and enhancing data engineering processes. As a UI/UX Designer and Researcher for lum.design, Leiloa optimized user experiences for an online bicycle company, significantly improving checkout completion rates. Previous experience includes Product Designer roles at Hangtight, where Leiloa led usability testing for social apps, and a Dental Assistant position at Joseph D'Angelo & Ashley Olson, assisting in various surgical procedures. Additional entrepreneurial experience was gained as Co-founder and Creative Director of The Pangaea Project, LLC, and as a wedding event planner and floral designer. Educational qualifications include a UI/UX Design Career Track from Springboard and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Interior Design.
