Nina Nagy has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 when they were a Production Manager for the KorresponDance Festival with SE.S.TA. Nina then moved to ART Prometheus,o.s. in 2009, where they were a Production Manager for the Continuo Theatre. In 2010, they were a Production Assistant for Street For Art 2011 with KC Zahrada. In 2011, they held three roles, Account Executive with DDB, Artist Coordinator with Vernon Gallery, and Production Manager for the KorresponDance Festival with SE.S.TA. Finally, in 2012, they became an Account Manager with MADE by Vaculik, and in 2022 they are currently a Marketing Manager with Readmio.

Nina Nagy attended the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Master's degree in Arts Management & Arts Marketing. From 2006 to 2009, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Management from the Vysoká škola múzických umení v Bratislave. In 2008, they attended the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Technical and Production Arts - Stage Management.
