Matt Carney is a seasoned Senior Design Engineer at Reading Truck since April 2019, with a robust background in mechanical design and engineering. Previously holding roles as a Mechanical Design Engineer at R-V Industries, Inc., Matt contributed to the design and testing of Liquid Ring Vacuum systems and managed capital projects. As a Product Design Engineer at Cardinal Systems, Inc., responsibilities included 3D design and production support for outdoor cabinetry. Earlier experience as a Product Development Engineer at Pedigo Products, Inc. involved high-quality equipment design for the healthcare industry, including innovative surgical case carts. Matt also served as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Sperry Rail Service and possesses a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College.
